Aqua Cottage feels cool and fresh during the hot summer months. But as there’s gas central heating throughout, you’ll find it warm and snug during the autumn and winter too. There’s also free Wi-Fi and free parking for three cars.

We love dogs and other pets, well behaved pets are welcome down stairs and in the garden, but nowhere upstairs or on the furniture.

The kitchen has all the usual mod cons including a dishwasher, a split-level oven, a hob and a microwave, and all the cooking utensils you need to rustle up a fabulous family meal including plenty of pans and proper cooking knives.

The beach themed dining room leads off the hall and has patio doors out to the garden too. You can seat eight at the table and you’ll find all the crockery and cutlery you need in the kitchen.

At the front of the cottage, there’s a fun and quirky lounge with a comfy sofa and a large TV for movie nights. It's the ideal spot to chill out and relax after a day at the beach.

Bedroom one is pretty in pink with a super comfy super king-sized bed, and it comes with an en suite walk-in shower and loo too.

Colourful bedroom number two has a super king-sized bed and a view of Combe Martin Bay.

Bedroom three is ideal for kids as it has two sets of bunkbeds and sleeps four in total. The family bathroom is opposite and comes with a large bath/shower and loo.

It’s easy to plan days out when there’s a map of North Devon covering the entire hall wall. There’s also an office nook tucked under the stairs, where you can set up your laptop, browse the internet and book all your restaurants and excursions.

Off the kitchen is the utility room with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and indoor drying space. There is also the third bathroom with a walk-in shower. The utility room and showercan also be accessed from the outside via thecottages side door, making itideal for washing off the salt and sand after a day spent in the sea.

The garden has a huge patio and BBQ which gives you another area to relax and unwind. Throw some fresh fish on the barbie and kick back with a cold bottle of beer.
